(A39 BATH ROAD. BRIDGWATER) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING-LOADING AND UNLOADING ORDER 2017
SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of waiting, loading and unloading as detailed in the schedule below, HEREBY MAKES THE FOLLOWING ORDER:-This Order shall come into operation on the 10th day of October 2017 and shall remain in force for eighteen months. The restrictions shall apply when indicated by traffic signs. The works are expected to start on the 23rd day of October 2017 and to last for 39 weeks until the 25th day of July 2018.
