SEDGEMOOR DISTRICT COUNCIL NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 7 OF SCHEDULE 14 The Sedgemoor District Council (Footpath BW16/18 (in part) in the parish of Nether Stowey) Public Path Diversion Order 2017 On the 29th March 2017, the Sedgemoor District Council confirmed the above order. The effect of the order, as confirmed, is to divert the public footpath, running from part of footpath ref BW16/18 in the parish of Nether Stowey from point A (Nat Grid Map Ref. 320479 139332) at Inwood Farm,Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, TA51HY, in a generally north westerly direction to point B (Nat Grid Map Ref 320751 139463), a distance of approximately 310 metres and create an alternative footpath to aline running from the said partpointA (NatGrid Map Ref. 320479139332) on footpath ref BW16/18 at Inwood Farm, Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, TA5 1HY, in a generally north westerlydirection through point C (Nat Grid Map Ref 320708139421) to point B (Nat Grid Map Ref 320751 139463), a distance of approximately 307 metres. The width ofthe path will be 2m, as shown on the order plan. Copy of the order and the order plan, have been placed and may be seen, free of charge, at Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater from 9.00am to 5.00 pm Mondayto Friday. Acopyoftheorderandmap is available for viewing on request from the Nether Stowey Parish Clerk. This order comes into force on the date on which Sedgemoor District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been compiled with, but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground thatanyrequirementofthatActoranyregulation made underit has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order he or she mayapplyto the High Courtfor anyofthese purposes under section 287 ofthe Town and CountryPlanning Act1990 within 6weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 ofSchedule 14 to thatAct.
