Application No. 25/21/00025: Olivers Cottage, Catherine Street, East Huntspill, Highbridge TA9 3PX. Retrospective application for single storey side (West) double garage extension to existing workshop. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 11/21/00061: 60 The Esplanade, Burnham On Sea TA8 2AH. Replacement of existing rear (North) staircase & balcony. This site lies within a Conservation Area. (Householder application). Application No. 37/21/00088: Petherton Park Farm, Petherton Park, Petherton Park Lane, North Petherton, Bridgwater TA7 ODT. Erection of a single storey extension to the rear (North) elevation & minor alterations to an existing annex/storage building. This application may affect the setting of a listed building & the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).
