This proposal is a major development. Application No. 08/21/00099: 73 High Street, Bridgwater TA6 3BQ. Proposed installation of rainwater goods to North elevation. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building. For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
