TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 35/21/00004: Carrot Field, Farm Land, Moorlinch Right Drove - Track, Moorlinch, Bridgwater. Formation of circa 3 hectares of new wetland features. This proposal is a major development & may affect a public right of way. Application No. 52/21/00008:76 Church Road, West Huntspill, Highbridge TA9 3RU. Change of use of land to residential curtilage & the erection of detached double garage. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. Application No. 33/21/00012: The Cottage, Northwick Road, Mark, Highbridge TA9 4PG. Proposed change of use of agricultural land to residential curtilage & erection of a three bay garage with storage over. This development may affect a public right of way. Application No. 13/21/00017: Blackmore Farm, Blackmore Lane, Cannington, Bridgwater TA5 2NE. Erection of a cover over existing manure store. This development may affect a public right of way. Application No. 11/21/00042: 31 St Johns Road, Burnham On Sea TA8 2AX. Erection of single storey rear (North) extension. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 08/21/00064: 70 Woodbury Road, Bridgwater TA6 7LJ. Conversion of attached side (East) garage & erection of second floor extension to form a new dwelling. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
