Temporary Closure of Galmington Road, Taunton
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Galmington Road for a distance of 502 metres. This Order will enable Western Power Distribution to replace high voltage cable that feeds Musgrove Park Hospital.
The Order becomes effective on 27 May 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 1st June 2021 until 2nd July 2021 between the hours of (00:00 - 23:59) for a total of 32 days.
