Somerset County Council A38 Bridgwater Road, Bathpool, Taunton in the Parish of West Monkton (Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles) Order 2020
Somerset County Council In exercise of Its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, intends to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce the following temporary traffic restrictions as detailed in the Schedule below.
This Order will come into operation on the 26* day of March 2020 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
The Works are expected to commence on 13th day of April 2020 for a period of twelve months and the restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.

a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road or
b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works
