Application No. 19/20/00001: Chilton Polden Playing Field, Smallways Lane, Chilton Polden, Bridgwater. Part Retrospective application for the installation of play & adult gym equipment including safety surface around new & existing equipment This development may affect the setting of a public right of way Application No. 07/20/00002: Land To The North East Of, Shrub Farm, Burton Row, Brent Knoll, Highbridge TA9 4BX. Erection of 11no. dwellings This proposal is a major development. Application No. 24/20/00007: Land (2) At, Ashlawn Farm, Pill Road, Rooksbridge, Axbridge BS26. Variation of Condition 11 of Planning Permission 24/14/00007 (Installation of Standalone Solar PV modules, grid connection & Associated Infrastructure) to increase the time period the solar farm is permitted to operate for from 25 to 40 years. This proposal is a major development. Application No. 08/20/00025: 23 Fore Street, Bridgwater TA6 3LE. Display of non-illuminated replacement ATM header signage to front (NW) elevation. This site lies within a Conservation Area & may affect the setting of a listed building.
