Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 52/19/00001: Land At, Brae Farm, Huntspill Road, Highbridge TA9 3DE. Hybrid (full & outline) application for the erection of 171 dwellings together with associated infrastructure, including provision of roundabout & public open space & seeking outline permission with all matters reserved for the erection of a primary school. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application site is situated - the council is minded to grant consent. Application No. 25/19/00006: Secret World, New Road Farm, New Road, East Huntspill, Highbridge TA9 3PZ. Retrospective application for the erection of single pole with 3 No. floodlights in car park This application may affect the setting of a listed building. Application No. 11/19/00127:16 Shelley Drive, Burnham On Sea TA8 2QD. Retrospective application for the formation of a Juliet balcony (re-submission). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). Application No. 08/19/00173: Land Off, Haygrove Road, Bridgwater Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 08/12/00182 (Erection of 186 dwellings, garages, formation of access & landscaping) to amend the approved plans for Phase 2 (105 dwellings) by substituting all of the approved David Wilson Homes house types for Notaro New Homes house types This proposal is a major development. Application No. 08/19/00216: Haygrove Community School, Durleigh Road, Bridgwater TA6 7HW. Variation of Condition 24 (Hours permitted for HGV deliveries) of Planning Permission 08/18/00243 (Demolition of existing school building. Erection of a new three storey teaching block, relaying & arrangement of existing sporting provision & associated works) to allow for the delivery of abnormal loads from Monday to Saturday only between 05:00-07:00 hours. This proposal is a major development.
