NOTICE OF A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER UNDER SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
STROUD DISTRICT COUNCIL EASTINGTON FOOTPATH 24 SECTION 257 DIVERSION ORDER 2019 No.1 (Order)
1. The above Order was made on the 10th June 2019. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath situated between
points A (OS Grid Reference ST 378829, 206660) and G (OS Grid Reference ST 378908,206535) which measures approximately 154 metres long and unknown width shall be diverted between points A (OS Grid Reference ST 378829,206660), B (OS Grid Reference ST 378811,206624), C (OS Grid Reference ST 378831, 206574), D (OS Grid Reference ST 378825,206567), E (OS Grid Reference 378837,206530), F (OS Grid Reference ST 378897, 206522) and G (OS Grid Reference ST 378908,206535) which measures approximately 229 metres in length and a minimum of 2 metres in width as shown on the Order plan.
2. A copy of the Order and plan (reference Eastington Footpath 24 Section 257 Diversion Order 2019 No.1) may be inspected free of charge at the Council Offices at Stroud District Council,
Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud, GL5 4UB between the hours of 8.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.30pm Fridays (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). Copies of the order and plan may be obtained there at the price of £10.
3. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Craig Hallett, Solicitor and Deputy Monitoring Officer at Legal Services, Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud, GL5 4UB no later than the 18th July 2019, being 28 days following the date of publication of this notice.
4. If no representations or objections are made, or if made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
