CHILCOTT Tracy Kim of Bridgwater, passed away at Musgrove Park Hospital, with her family beside her, on the 4th July 2021. Aged 53 years. Dear wife, daughter, mum, sister, and nana, she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Tuesday 20th July 2021 at 1:00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Tracy for The Beacon Centre may be left at the crematorium or forwarded to: Bridgwater Funeral Services, 15 Bristol Road, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 4AU. Telephone 01278 457755.
