CREEDY Tom of Bridgwater passed away peacefully at Stockmoor Lodge Care Home on the 30th September 2020. Aged 69 Years. Tom will be sadly and greatly missed by his loving partner Pauline, family and friends. A funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday 23rd October 2020 at 12:00noon. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Tom for Secret World may be left at the Crematorium or forwarded to: Bridgwater Funeral Services, 15 Bristol Road, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 4AU.
