BAKER Charlotte Jayne (Charlie) of Chilton Polden, passed away tragically at her home on the 13th July 2020. Aged 41 years. Much loved mum to Joshua, beloved daughter of Carol and Ray and sister of Simon. She will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Monday 27th July 2020. Charlie wouldn't want this to be a gloomy day so please feel free to wear a splash of colour to her funeral service. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Charlie, if desired, for MIND may be left at the crematorium or forwarded to: Bridgwater Funeral Services, 15 Bristol Road, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 4AU.
