ULLYATT Keith of Chilton Polden passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on Friday 3rd May 2019 aged 83 years. Beloved husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A private Committal Service will be followed by a Memorial Service held at St Edward's Church, Chilton Polden on Tuesday 21st May 2019 at 2.00 pm. Family flowers only donations if desired will be shared between Southmead Hospital Charity (in support of ILD Research 8054) and The Polden Wheel (St Edward's Church) can be left at the church or forwarded to M Franks & Sons Funeral Directors Bath Road, Ashcott, Bridgwater, TA7 9QT.
