THE Mercury once again delves into the history of the beautiful game in Bridgwater with this fascinating picture from 1948.
Mercury reader and Bridgwater Town committee member Winston Davey is on the lookout for the identities of these former players.
He said: “It would be really interesting to know who these players are.
“We are not sure if they are playing at home or away but we understand that the goalkeeper has the surname Tottle.”
