YEOVIL Town manager Terry Skiverton has been praised by his Bristol Rovers counterpart ahead of tomorrow’s West Country derby at Huish Park.
Paul Trollope brings the Gasheads to Yeovil tomorrow hoping to make amends for their surprise 1-0 defeat at Exeter City in midweek.
And Trollope, himself a young manager, believes that Skiverton has done well during his first full season at the helm of the Glovers.
“The recruitment at Yeovil has been good, he (Skivo) has moulded it quickly how he wants it,” Trollope told Rovers’ official website.
“Last year it was a survival task, and he came through that, and he has got his recruitment bang on this year.
"They have made some good progress in the league, and as ever we will go there with a lot of respect.”
And Trollope added: “We are aware of what they have got and what they are about.”
