Craig Kieswetter
SOMERSET's Craig Kieswetter and Nick Compton have been named in the England Lions squad for the series against Australia.
The South African-born duo are part of a 13-man squad that will play two four-day fixtures starting on August 7 at Old Trafford. The second match starts on August 14 at Edgbaston.
National selector Geoff Miller said: "The Lions team and England Performance Programme plays an important role in the development of future England players and this fixture will present an opportunity for our players to show us that they are capable of representing England at Test level in the future."
Kieswetter has also been selected in the provisional ICC World Twenty 20 championships squad alongside youngster Jos Buttler.
