SOMERSET'S Craig Kieswetter hit his maiden One-Day International century to help England defeat Bangladesh by 45 runs in the third and final match of the series in Chittagong today.
The opener hit 107 from 124 balls, including nine fours and three sixes, as England reached 284-5 after winning the toss. Bangladesh were then restricted to 239-9.
After a relatively sedate start for the big hitting ex-Millfield School pupil, he cut loose late on and brought up his hundred in the 46th over before departing the next.
The innings followed knocks of 19 and four from Kieswetter in the first two matches and is the latest installment in his meteoric rise to prominance.
