SIMON Gingell took the first team player of the season award at North Petherton RFC’s end of season presentation evening.
Lee Briffett won the second team award, while Paul Gibbs was third team player of the season.
James Chinn won the colts’ accolade, while veteran winger Gavin Hancock took the most improved player award.
Players’ player awards went to Chad Lowrie, Steven Potter and Wayne Russell – and the captains’ player awards were won by Team Harry Roberts, Connor Perkins, Chris O'Hare/Martin Woodford and Billy Teather.
Geoff Williams was honoured for his services to the game – and Tracey Evans won the committee person of the year.
England under 18 star Dan Frost presented his shirt to president, Phil Ham - Dan has been selected to tour South Africa with the England under 18 squad in August.
Finally, the club's oversea trio, Jacob Beleski, Chad Lowrie and Tito Elisara, were presented with North Petherton shirts to remember their time at the club.
All three are returning home after successful stints at the club.
