THE 2nd XV returned to winning ways with a nine-try demolition of lowly Yatton at Bath Road on Saturday.
Tries from Cox, Brakes and Kerry moved Bridgwater into a clear lead before half-time although Yatton did keep the home side up to their game by scoring a try against the run of play.
Further tries from Norman and Coates wrapped up the bonus point for Bridgwater before the half time whistle.
Brakes and Cox added to their first half tries with some typically powerful line breaks and Brakes went on to complete his hat trick, wrestling his way over from close range.
The scoring was completed by Ollie Steward from a pushover scrum with stand-off Dan Steward converting seven of the nine tries to put the icing on the cake.
The team travel to Midsomer Norton next week.
