BRIDGWATER & Albion have been given a tough first round tie in the Somerset Cup with a trip to National Three side Weston.
Last year’s runners-up, North Petherton, have been given a bye, together with Wells and Clevedon – and the date of the first round ties is yet to be determined.
North Petherton were beaten 35-21 by Old Redcliffians after extra-time in last season’s final.
Albion begin their 2014/15 league campaign with a long trek to St Austell on September 6, while Pethy are also in Cornwall to take on Camborne.
