BRIDGWATER boxing star Teaken Prior suffered a narrow points defeat to German champion Kuprenco.
The fight showed both boxers outstanding talent, but it was Kuprenco who was victorious in a high-quality affair.
Teaken said: “It was an amazing experience, I enjoyed every minute of it.
“I am very proud to have been invited to Germany to fight their national champion.
“I felt I didn't box my best on the day, but a rematch with Kuprenco here in the UK would be fantastic.
“I would like to thank everyone who has supported me during my training for this fight.
“Also to my Sponsors Life Style Health and Fitness at Drove House and Ink Slayers Tattooist in Bridgwater.”
