Emeralds 7, Minstrels 87

EMERALDS had a tough game against Minstrels in the cup, but kept their heads up in a game that was challenging.

The defence worked tirelessly and never gave up, even when the ball always seemed like it was in their end, with the attack also working hard to ensure that the ball made its way down the court, ensuring accurate and flowing passing and gained some goals.

With several changes to both attack and defence throughout the game, Emeralds did exceptionally well to never give up.

Player of the match went to Emma-Lou Ingram - Match sponsored by M-Tech.Gems, Kestrels (final score to come) GEMS met first Division Kestrels in the second round of the Knock-out Cup.
