REBELS and TFL are still unbeaten in Division 3 of the Bridgwater Town and District Skittles League. Rebels won by six pins at Grim Reapers while TFL won 541-499 at Sydenham Centre.

There were also wins for Boldy’s Army, by 14 at the Casle Club, Tim Upham hitting 85, and Magpies by 29 at The Market, Gary Turner on form with 84.

In Division 2, there were wins for B&As by 26 at the Red Tile, Harvest Moon by 28 at the Ring o’ Bells, Tony Bradford a fine 93, and Martin Loader hit 84 for Lynchers (inc a 25), while Naps A won by two at home to Breakaways, despite 89 from Ian Parker.

Hazelnutes are still unbeaten at the top of Division 4, winning by 34 at the Sedgemoor Inn. Second placed Jack’s Boys won by 63 at the Foresters, while Pethy Boys and Stags tied on 431 at the Lamb, North Petherton.

In Division 5, Liven on a Spare ended Admirals’ unbeaten run with a nine-pin victory at the White Hart. Joining Admirals at the top are Non- Starters, who won by 14 at the Railway Club.

Globetrotters won their first game of the season by 10 at the Thatchers Arms.
