MARTIAL ARTS: Budo Juko win in Barnstaple
BUDO Juku Karate club came away with the most winners recently at the Wado Ryu Open contest in Barnstaple.
Individual winners were Ellis Frost, 10, Gemma Shanahan, 14, Aaron Brazier, 17 and Elias Warren-Parr eight.
Runner up medals went to Eryn Jude Thomas and Conner Lewis - and third place medals went to Kobie Head, Neve Champion and Ava Scobie.
The team (pictured) also finished first after beating Devon Wado Ryu in the final.
