Leeds Carnegie rugby director Andy Key and head coach Neil Back have both agreed contract extensions with the Aviva Premiership club.
The pair have pledged their futures at Headingley Carnegie until at least the end of next season.
They are currently in their third campaign with Leeds since arriving from Leicester, gaining promotion to the Premiership in 2009 and then overseeing a solid 10th-place finish last term.
Leeds chief executive Gary Hetherington said: "Andy and Neil have done an outstanding job since their arrival at the club.
"They have created a work ethic within the squad that is second to none, and set out a long-term vision to make Leeds Carnegie a major force, not just in English rugby, but also in Europe.
"Our challenge as an organisation is now to grow our income streams to enable Neil and Andy to continue to develop the club and to take us to where we all want to be."
