OVER Stowey Cricket Club held their annual dinner and presentation evening at Over Stowey Village Hall, with over 70 committee members, cricketers, sponsors, family and partners attending.

In the absence of the chairman, Phil Rich, due to an operation, previous chairman Ashley Easden welcomed all.

A four-course meal was followed by speeches and the presentation of trophies.

Before the prizes were handed out, a special award was handed to Elsie Rich, to recognise her 50 years service as a tea lady.

A great evening was had by all, and the club would like to thank Kelvin and Wendy for organising the event and would also like to thank Windsor Catering for providing an excellent meal.
