WEMBDON Academy lost the toss and Kilve chose to bat. After losing an early wicket, Kilve put the pressure on with a good stand between Jay Darrell (107) and A Rock (95) before a brilliant piece of fielding from Duncan Wardle ran out Darrell.
The pick of the bowlers was Tyler Fagan with 1 for 54.
In response, an opening partnership of 73 between Ben Stone (29) and Paul Arrigoni (60), and a second wicket partnership of 86 between Arrigoni and Duncan Wardle (62) made sure Kilve did not collect full points. The pick of the Kilve bowlers was Chris James with 2 for 13.
