Rovers took the lead on 15 minutes when a shot from full-back Craig Robinson was palmed into the path of Craig Wright who tapped into an empty net.

The home side gotthemselves level on 40 minutes when a swift counter-attack resulted in a good finish into the top corner but Middlezoy’s lead was quickly restored just before half-time by Dan Luce scoring acrobatically from close range.
