TOWN’S hopes of avoiding relegation took a hit when they suffered a 2-0 defeat to Frome Town.
Georgia Coles went close for Town in the first half but they went 1-0 down after 55 minutes when a through ball was turned past keeper Faye Edwards.
In the 70th minute, a harsh penalty was awarded against Town defender Jess Chappell for handball and Frome converted to make it 2-0.
l The Ladies are away at unbeaten Larkhall Athletic on Thursday night and next Sunday they have an important clash at home against Cleeve West Town.Kick-off is at 2pm at Fairfax Park.
