Toolstation Western League Premier Division
Bradford Town 2, Bridgwater Town 1
A SLUGGISH first-half cost Bridgwater Town as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at Bradford Town, who kept their unbeaten run going in the process.
The Robins began the game on the back foot and conceded after 25 minutes, a deficit which was doubled 10 minutes later.
Bridgwater at least managed to test the goalkeeper before the break, but Will Connick's effort was saved as they went into half-time 2-0 down.
The visitors improved in the second half and, after Syd Camper had seen a header well saved, they gave themselves a lifeline when Jack Taylor scored with five minutes to play.
There was not enough time to salvage a point, however, and the Robins now sit 13th ahead of next Saturday's visit of league leaders Buckland Athletic to Fairfax Park.
