BRIDGWATER Town boss Kevin Milsom has laid down the gauntlet to his side to put on a big show for their last game of the season this weekend.

The team take on Didcot Town at Fairfax Park following their 2-0 defeat to Abingdon on Saturday.

Milsom said: “I was happy with our performance but not in the final third where I thought we were a bit toothless and didn't really have much punch up top.

“It's about looking at the bigger picture. We had lots of youngsters on and everyone in the team realised their mistakes from the match and how you pay the price if you have to chase the game at this level.

“Didcot will be a tough game on Saturday but if we apply ourselves then we can beat anyone.

“I have told the boys to put on a big performance so that the fans can go away on a high and have the summer to want to come back again next season.”

The coupon in this weeks Mercury will offer free entry for one adult and one child into the match.

Chairman Alan Hurford said: “We want to reward all our loyal fans for their support over the course of the season.

“We hope as many people as possible will come along to support the boys in their final match of the season.

“All fans coming along on Saturday will have the chance to sign up to a special promotion on our VIP season ticket for 2012/13.”

Kick-off is at 3pm.
