Bridgwater Town Res 1, Stockwood Green 2

BRIDGWATER Town Reserves fell to a 2-1 defeat against Stockwood Green on Saturday.

The Robins took the lead thanks to Luke Turner's goal from a Lewis Hembury corner after around 20 minutes.

But a penalty for the visitors helped to level the scores and they took the lead after an ambitious shot took a fortunate deflection off a Bridgwater player and their forward pounced on the rebound to score.

They take on Minehead at Fairfax Park tonight (Tuesday). Kick-off is 7.45pm.
