Wells 2nd XV 27, Bridgwater & Albion 2nd XV 23

Wells responded with a two unconverted tries but a Smith penalty levelled the scores at 10-10 when half time came.
The home side ran away from Albion in the second half with three tries and despite a Dave Rae try and a last gasp try in the dying moments, they fell four points short.
They take on rivals North Petherton at home on Saturday for a 2.30pm kick-off.
- THE 3rd XV had no fixture this weekend but will open their league campaign at Cheddar this Saturday. Kick-off is 2.30pm.
