BRIDGWATER Town manager Kevin Milsom said he has a few irons in the fire for new signings this coming season.
Milsom, who took over control at the club towards the end of last season, said he is working hard to bring in some new and exciting players at the club.
He said: “We will have a lot more to announce next week about some of the players we have spoken to and are looking to bring in. But we need to get all the bits and pieces finished before we can finalise anything.”
Last season’s captain, Danny Wring, and defender Ollie Barnes have moved on and signed for fellow Southern League Division 1 S&W side Yate Town.
On the departures, Milsom said he wished the pair the best for the future, adding: “As one door closes, another one opens.”
