SOMERSET Rebels will be hoping for better weather than that of last Friday when rain caused the postponement of their clash with the Berwick Bandits as they welcome the Glasgow Tigers, the defending Premier League Champions, to the Oaktree Arena on Friday.
Although Glasgow come to the Oaktree as the holders of the Premier League title, they were put to the sword on the two occasions that the Tigers visited Somerset last year on their way to winning the Championship, and the Rebels will be hoping for more of the same come Friday's encounter between the two sides.
The Rebels are virtually resigned to the fact that they will go into the meeting with Claus Vissing still sidelined as the Dane continues his recovery from a punctured lung sustained at Sheffield 10 days ago.
