THE Year Seven hockey team at Hugh Sexey Church of England Middle School have won the Somerset Under-12 State School Cup.
Having beaten Fairlands in the semi-finals, the girls with a great deal of parental support, travelled to Bridgwater-Chilton Trinity for the finals day.
The team beat Haygrove School from Bridgwater 3-0.
All the girls played well and are able to demonstrate a high level of teamwork and hockey skills.
