BRAGGING rights will once again be up for grabs as Taunton Town return to Fairfax Park this afternoon.
Bridgwater have come off on the wrong end of this year's matches with their closest rivals after losing 6-2 in Taunton and 4-3 in the Red Insure Cup on November 22.
The visitors sit 15th in the league but they will have a busy Christmas period with matches against Bideford and Clevedon Town before they make the short trip up the M5 for Monday's clash.
Taunton have recorded six wins in the league and despite coming out on top in the last two meetings between the side's they still remain 11 points behind Bridgwater in the table.
The Peacocks come to Fairfax Park hoping to ruffle a few feathers against the Robins as they hope to turn around a blip in form which sees just one win from their last seven league outings.
Bridgwater Town boss Rob Dray said his side will go into the match looking to settle a couple of scores with Taunton.
He added: “We need to bounce back against Taunton because it is a big match for all the supporters and they had the better of us at their place.
“We are hoping for the biggest crowd of the season and we want to get a result.”
Aaron Cornwall is suspended for the match but Danny Wring and Ollie Barnes will return. Kick-off is 3pm.
