AN impressive Maltshovel side hit six without reply against bottom of the table Blake OB in Division One of the Uxella League.
A brace each from Brendan Pope, Dean Organ and Keir Meaker ensured the home side moved up to fourth.
Pawlett were 4-1 winners away from home against Cannington, a team two places above them in the league. Ryan Williams scored twice and a goal each from Simon Coombes and Ben Cheffy secured the win for Pawlett.
In a high scoring weekend, Woolavington beat Flag Old Boys 5-1, with goals from Simon Caddy, Marcus Butler, Matt Fursland, Matt Blackmore and Adam Kinsey.
Quantock Pride and Railway Club played out a 1-1 draw, with goals from Shane Neilson for Pride and John Richards for Railway.
Grasshoppers and Abbey Moor shared the spoils as both sides played out a thrilling 4-4 draw.
Grasshoppers are the only team to take points off Abbey Moor so far this season, with the visitors having won all their previous matches.
The home side found themselves 4-2 up with 20 minutes to spare through goals from Dan Saunders, Nigel Gillard, Marc Crossley and a Les Pope penalty but the league leaders dug deep and managed to level the score before the final whistle.
Huntspill were on target five times in their 5-0 demolition of Puriton. Ash Massingham, Jon Kerr, Michael Owen, Richard Cattell and Jason Roberts were on the score sheet for the victors.
Ashcott moved up to fifth in Division Two with a hard fought 5-4 win over rivals Middlezoy, while New Foresters beat NM Sports 2-1. Scott Hawkins and Steve Haste were on target for Foresters and Aaron Huxtable replied for Sports.
