Albion coach Nick Hill praised his players for their 'never say die' attitude during Saturday's loss to Rosslyn Park.
The Bath Road club are rooted to the bottom of National League Two South after the 62-24 defeat and are six points adrift of next placed Barnes.
But coach Hill, who took over the reigns from Mike Tewkesbury part way through the season, believes his side are showing a superb team spirit.
He told the Mercury: “We scored four tries on Saturday and we are only the second team to do that at Rosslyn Park this year. And for the majority of the second half we only had 14 men.
“We are playing differently, we are really having a go at teams and I think the players are really enjoying the rugby we are producing.
“The players have got a real never say die attitude and there is a good atmosphere around the club at the moment.”
A depleted squad means Albion are also able to blood players from their other sides - with John Frost stepping into the first team from Albion Athletic on the weekend.
Hill added: “There's a massive gap from the first team to the third team, but those who have come in have really helped us out.
“This way youngsters are able to get a taste of National League rugby, and if we can keep them at the club for next year they will be stronger players.”
Bridgwater and Albion will pick themselves up for a clash with fellow strugglers Henley at Bath Road this Saturday
