NETHER Stowey Primary School have enjoyed a successful few months across a range of sports.
Firstly, in March, they were successful in the Sedgemoor Small Schools’ football league, emerging as winners.
Next up, four Nether Stowey pupils selected to represent Sedgemoor at the county cross country finals in April and the school won the area cyclo-cross competition held at Brymore.
In June, Stowey’s year 5/6 cricket team won the area tournament held at Wembdon CC.
A month later, the school qualified for county finals, held at Millfield as part of The Summer Games, in swimming, athletics and grass cycling.
The school are very proud of their pupil’s achievements.
