A WEEK after defeating Chipping Sodbury Town 4-0 in the Les Phillips Cup, Bridgwater Town welcome the same opponents tomorrow (Saturday) for a Toolstation Western League Premier Division encounter at Fairfax Park.
Town climbed to seventh as a result of Tuesday evening's 3-1 win at basement side Longwell Green Sports, with Lee Begg, Jack Taylor and Mark Armstrong on the scoresheet.
Taylor has been in prolific form since joining from Wellington earlier in the season and netted twice against Chipping Sodbury last weekend, and he will be tasked with leading the line again with Ryan Burrows absent.
The Robins could climb to sixth with a win this weekend, though the visitors will draw level on points with Town should they pick up the three points.
Bridgwater Town Reserves, who enjoyed a superb win at Chilcompton Sports last time out, travel to Wrington Redhill in the Somerset County League Premier Division.
