WAYNE Gooding top scored for Athelney in their win at home to Fireworks in the Mens Division, while Adrian Roberts was on form for Gentle Giants as they beat Mr Brun’s Boys.

Birdies are the current leaders in the Main Division after a comfortable win at home against bottom team Wrong Direction.

Close on the heels of Gamblers in the Premier Division are Matchmakers and Gentle Giants, who both had home wins.

In the Mixed Divisions leaders Wild West (Blondes) won at home against Mixtures and second place Rebellions also had a home win against Pretenders, as did third place Moorlanders.

Joint leaders in the Bluebell Divisions Trumpeters and Wish We Waz won away against Legion Louts and Nobs & Knockers respectively.

Mixed Bunch are the current leaders in the Brunettes following a 16-pin win at home against Choppers.

Mansion House won at home against third place Railway Six and top the division closely followed by Split Happens who had a bye this week.

In the Ladies Divisions, Alli Lazenby (Patsy’s Pussies) had the highest score this week with 72 at the Castle Club contributing to their win by 40 against third place Castlettes.

Second place Cannon Girls won at home against Mo’s Gems, aided by Julie Swain’s 58.

Twiglets are back on top of the Emeralds Division after their away win at the Bunch of Grapes against joint second place Munch Bunch – and El Syd’s Krys Biddiscombe’s 53 helped their home win against Wotsits by 31.

In the Pearls Division, Stompers had their first win at home by 11 against Lambettes and current leaders Global Girls continue with a very close win by three against Indie Girls at West India House.

Second place Generations also had a close game winning by 7 at the Stockland Club against third place Heatherbelles.

In the Rubies Division Vixens move up to sixth place after their win at the New Foresters against Sportsman with Heather Knight topping the board with 52 - current leaders Spares also won at home against Hit or Miss, aided by Ali Chilcott’s 54.
