BRIDGWATER College has launched a ten-week outdoor activities programme starting on Wednesday, July 9.
The programme will introduce people to gentle physical activity with a variety of sessions, including walking, cycling, flat water kayaking and circuit training.
The intensity of the sessions will increase gradually week by week, helping people “get healthy, get active”
while having a go at some new, fun and exciting activities. says the college.
The Wednesday sessions will begin promptly at 6pm and will last one hour.
Between the sessions you will be given activities to complete at home, as well as receiving motivating weekly emails on a variety of topics to support you with your programme.
The activities take place on Bridgwater Canal and the cost of the course is £100.
