Martin Reading awarded Les Bridges trophy
THE eleventh Les Bridges trophy has been awarded to Martin Reading, of Taunton - for services to youth table tennis.
The trophy is named after Les Bridges, known in the area as 'Mr Table Tennis,' who died in 2003.
Junior table tennis coach Paul Bovett resolved to try and keep his name alive as long as possible because Les had had such a huge influence on Bridgwater and Somerset table tennis.
