Wembdon Dragons 1, Bridgwater Wolves 1

AFTER some good pressure by both teams in the opening minutes, Wolves easily took charge of the first half of this local derby.

Romano Henderson in particular caused problems for a full strength Dragons, who looked a shadow of the team that played with only seven players last Saturday - only Will Stokes really playing anywhere near the level they have achieved throughout the season.

Bradley Hill deservedly put Wolves ahead after eight minutes as they continue to pressure the Dragons every touch and completely dominated the play until half time.

The second half started much more brightly for the Dragons, with Alfie Griffin shooting just wide from the right before Travis Moore had to make an excellent save from a Wolves free kick.

Wembdon though certainly played their part in an entertaining half with Lewis Baker and Kristian West going close before Alfie Griffin scored the equalizer with six minutes left to play.

Despite continuing to press for a winner Dragons were happy to hang on and take the point from a game they could easily have lost to a very good Wolves team who moved a point above them in Division B.
