BRIDGWATER Town manager Richard Fey was delighted with his player’s attitude as they won 3-0 away at Guildford City.

Town take on promotion chasing Mangotsfield United (Tuesday) and Paulton Rovers (Saturday) this week, and Fey says his players will be “giving it a good go” when they take on the league high-flyers.

He said: “It’s great to win 3-0 away at any level – it was all about the attitude of the players really.

“To keep a clean sheet was even better and it was great to come away with a win.

“Most of the teams we’ve played recently have been chasing the play-offs, and we’ve got the same challenge this week with Paulton and Mangotsfield, who both have big budgets and have made some really good signings to help their promotion push, but we’ll be giving it a good go and we’ll see if we can come away with something.”
