IT'S derby day next Saturday (February 8) as Bridgwater & Albion take on North Petherton at College Way.
A late try from James Cox sealed a 25-23 victory for North Petherton at Beggars Brook in the season's earlier meeting, but Albion head into the game on the back of two consecutive victories following last weekend's 21-10 triumph over Clevedon.
Albion head coach Kevin Innalls believes his side head into the game full of confidence, despite a lengthy injury list. He said: “After a few wins we are confident - I felt we were unlucky to lose at their place and hopefully we can put in another good performance next week. We would like to get a few more backs back in contention, but we'll have to see.”
Bridgwater & Albion versus North Petherton is a 3pm kick-off next Saturday - a huge crowd is expected and the club are urging supporters to arrive early.
