FA CUP PREVIEW: Bristol Manor Farm vs Bridgwater Town
BRIDGWATER Town continue their pursuit of FA Cup glory tomorrow (September 28) when they take on Bristol Manor Farm.
The Robins travel to their Toolstation League Premier opponents in the second qualifying round of the national competition.
Victory for Richard Fey's men would net the club £4,500 and mean they need to win just two more games to be in the hat for the First Round Proper where they could bag high profile teams such as League One leaders Leyton Orient, former Premier League side Portsmouth or local sides Bristol City and Bristol Rovers.
Standing in their way is Bristol Manor Farm though, who have started well so far in this year's campaign, sitting fifth with just one league defeat to their name - that coming on Tuesday night where they suffered 3-1 at the hands of Bitton.
Bridgwater will fancy their chances though and sit pretty at the top of the Calor Division One South and West table after leapfrogging Paulton Rovers with a 2-0 win midweek thanks to two Joe Bushin goals.
The match kicks off at 3pm.
Mercury prediction: Bristol Manor Farm 1-3 Bridgwater Town.
