RED Tile claimed a 2-0 win over Maltshovel as cup action dominated the scene this week.

Ollie Smith and Scott Capel helped the visitors win in what proved to be the spiciest tie of the Bill Brown Cup second round.

Tiger Old Boys needed extra-time to beat Grasshoppers 4-3 thanks to two Cameron Wilkinson goals and one apiece for Chris Taylor and Jack Winter. James Bawden, Paul Hooper and Scott Harman netted for the visitors.

Two Bart Ochim goals helped Pawlett Rebels beat Abbey Moor 2-1, for whom Craig Chant scored.

Blake Old Boys finished on the right side of a seven-goal thriller with New Foresters thanks to a James Yates penalty and further goals from Connor Watts, Jamie Evans and Chris Yates.

In the Geoff Harvey Cup second round, an Ian Bellinger hat-trick and one from Nick Keirle helped Tiger Old Boys Reserves beat ROF 4-0.

Knowle beat Puriton 4-3 after Dale Curtis and Josh Batt netted with Pete Boot bagging a brace. Josh Champion grabbed two goals for Puriton with Scott Hawkins also netting.

Two Sam Puddy goals and one apiece for Will Pope, Mark Passmore, Martin Hillman, Aaron Walford and Gary Edney ensured Cornhill beat Rhode Lane Wanderers 7-1.

Toby Franklin’s goal for Huntspill BPH saw them claim a narrow 1-0 win over Cobblestones.

In Division Two, Jamie Stewart, Andy White, Lee Turner and Matt Parker helped Flag Old Boys to a 4-1 win over Hunstpill, for whom Dave Yates scored.
